The ski-in/ski-out location is a significant advantage for avid winter sports enthusiasts. Breakfast and dinner offered a range of options and exceeded my expectations, adding value to the dining experience. The hotel falls short in some areas. The internet connectivity was inconsistent, affecting my ability to stay connected, which is essential for a conservationist like me who often shares experiences online. Minor inconveniences such as a malfunctioning hairdryer and poor TV service were disappointing, especially for a 4-star establishment. While the warm and attentive staff were commendable-addressing our complaints with appropriate actions-the limited amenities and seasonal pricing left me questioning the value proposition. For travelers seeking luxury without the necessary backing in quality, Lavina might be a nuanced choice worth considering but should also align with budget expectations.
